We Men are raised properly in the environment where it respects Women.

We Men know the true value of Women and respect them.

We Men stop behaving like insane creatures.

We Men are humanely educated.

We Men learn to control our lust through mastering to control our thoughts.

Then—

Rest everything will automatically fall into place.

We Men are the sole reason for this heinous crime and it's a severe punishable offence even if it takes a death penalty, it must be exercised else Humanity will be at its highest stake.
